• First, select the “Register” button in the top right of the page next to the “Login” button.
• After completion of the registration form, you will select the Courses tab.
• Select your preferred payment method (PayPal or Stripe) for the course.
• After payment is successfully made you will be automatically redirected to the course.
• Once on that page click “Sign Up”, as this will allow you to enter and re-enter the course as many times as you would like and from any device.

• There may be a few reasons as to why you may take this online clinic such as: to satisfy a court order, DMV requirements, receive an Auto Insurance discount, or you are choosing to this voluntarily.
• Other situations include your license has been revoked and you are required to complete the course as part of your reinstatement process.
• You may also volunteer to take this course, if you have a Virginia driver’s license, to receive up to 5 safe driving points on your driving record.

Once you have successfully completed the course by passing the final exam online, we will email you a course completion certificate (DMV Form DIC 552B). Be aware – the creation of your unique DIC 552B student completion certificate is a DMV-developed manual process so your certificate will be emailed to you after being fully processed usually within 2 business days from the date of your course completion (and payment).

We can honor a 50% refund (minus any applicable fees) prior to registering for the class. Unfortunately, there will be NO REFUND once you have registered or began the class.

There are NO special system requirements or downloads necessary to take this online course. However, please make a note of the following:

You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your computer to view/print your completion certificate. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is FREE and can be downloaded by going to https://get.adobe.com/reader/

You will need to have JavaScript enabled on your Internet browser to view some of the features in the course. If you don’t know what this means, don’t worry!! Most modern browsers (like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) are JavaScript enabled already by default. So, unless you have manually disabled JavaScript yourself, you will be fine.
